Benefits of Table Tennis

girl playing table tennis_edited.jpg

Table tennis is a low‑impact sport, played in schools, youth clubs, health centres and even workplaces. This Olympic sport has incredible health benefits that few people are aware of. It continues to grow in popularity year on year and is one of the few active sports that can be played from 9 to 90.

Cardiovascular exercise, improves fitness, hand-eye coordination and gross motor coordination, gentle on joints, stimulates concentration, and gets kids off their devices and having some fun, socialising and learning a new skill all at the same time.
